Conditions

All bookings can be cancelled by the customer via e-mail or onlinewithin 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations are only valid when the customer has received a cancellation E-mail or a cancellation number in return.

In case of a " no show " or if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival, only the first night will be charged on the customer's Credit Card.

> Hostel reserved for tourists (no residents)
> Maximum stay: 6 nights.
> Kids under 12 : only in private rooms
> Reception is open from 7h30 to midday and from 3pm ton 10pm
> Check-in: rooms are available from 15h
> Check-out: until 11am
> Payment of your overnights cash (CHF or EUR), credit cards accepted from CHF 100.- up
